Unix Systems Administrator - Implement, maintain and design of complete
end-to-end hosting solutions. In this highly fast paced role my responsibilities
include the following:
- Operational and Engineering responsibility for over 50 Sun Enterprise servers
including Netra t-1 105, E250, E220, E420, E3500, E4500 and E6500 models
- Operational and Engineering responsibility for Sun mass storage including
D130, D1000 and A5200 models
- Manage over 4 Terabytes of raw Sun Enterprise storage across multiple systems.
- Responsible for all Veritas Volume Manager and File System design and implementations,
up to 1.6 TB raw on servers running Oracle 7.3.4 and 8.1.7
- Korn and borne shell scripting
- Sendmail, BIND, NFS, Automounter
- Configure, deploy and maintain various Apache web servers with Resin and
Tomcat JSP engines, PHP, Postgresql, MySQL, mod_perl, and SSL support

- Design and re-implement enterprise backup strategy with Veritas Netbackup
